Then, the amount of getting same card several times in a row is statistically impossible ( made so many screenshots) with same situation that I could do a long video. First of all, every three flops on poker, you will see one pair on flop just to destroy the hand. Im not surprised that the rating here is extremely low. I wished I recorded my activity on this greedy site to see how awful this place is. I just read the same automatic reply email sent to me that told me nothing about my issue. No one contacted me or dealt with my issue. This is the same link I complained through previously twice and had automated replies from. 888pokers reply here is well designed to look professional and like the company is dealing with its complaints. If this can happen to me it can happen to anyone just trying to play poker. This site is a joke I wouldn't bother playing on the 888 platform. After I contacted them asking why and what I was doing wrong I have had no response, explanation, just automated responses. If being blocked for no real reason wasn't frustrating enough this leads me to their customer service. I luckily had lost all my money playing so had a 0 balance when I was blocked, others don't seem to be as lucky loosing the money in their account. After reading other reviews and threads it turns out this is not just me and quite common. If I was then I would not be this annoyed by it. I had my account suspended saying I was using scripts or seating aids.
Played on the 888 mobile app for around 7months. Avoid avoid avoid, the worst poker platform ever do not use it.
